Enlightened Summit Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia in 1999. Our objective is to provide comprehensive services in injection molding industries supplying high quality, labour saving, cost effective tools & equipments, engineering service such as repairing & overhauling factory facilities.

 

It is applicable to use in all types of mineral oil cleaning such as Hydraulic Oil, Lubrication Oil, Turbine Oil, Transmission Oil, Thermo Oil, Gear Oil etc. in various industries. Our equipment also install with dehydration cell which will help to remove moisture from oil, during cleaning in progress.  

With the continuous operation, our machine can clean oil to a condition that cleaner than new oil, which is NAS 4-5 standard. To supply of electrostatic oil cleaner for any production line for oil cleaning requirement, we also provide a series of training for Oil Maintenance Program for our customers. 

It operates on the reaction turbine principle. Oil enters the Centrifuge under pressure and passes into the rotor through hollow rotor shaft. The oil pressure and flow is converted in rotational energy as the oil pressure and flow is converted in rotational energy as the oil escapes through the jets, producing speed uo to 7000 RPM & above. 

The resultant Contrifugal force removes dirt from he engine oil depositing it on the inner wall of rotor in dense cake form. Clean oil drains back directly to the engine oil sump by gravity. 

Transformer Oil Regeneration Plant is used to regenerate transformer oil to improve its acid value, Interfacial Tension, other than the Dielectric Strength, water content, dissolve gas content and solid particle. After the process of regeneration, the oil is able to return to all parameter of new oil.

One of our system advantages are our refining medium can be reactivated 300 times for continue usage. Our system is also able to perform disludging process at the life transformer, this process is to remove the sludge from the transformer coil and inner parts, during the regeneration process.The transformer will be return to tip top condition after the regeneration process

Our Transformer Oil Treatment equipment is designed specifically for the oil filtration, dehydration and degassing of the insulation oil used in transformers, electric cables, switch gear etc. This equipment is designed with on line features that able to process oil at life transformer. 

Our Transformer Oil filtration plant available from 50 LPH to 24000 LPH, cater for all sizes of transformer requirement. On line Moisture Tester can be installed as optional items. Our plants are widely use to on line cleaning transmission and distribution transformers, in Malaysia for TNB and railway at KTM. It also exported to other countries for similar purpose.

This equipment is designed specifically for removing water and gas contents from lubrication oil. It is super ability in breaking emulsion, dehydration and degassing process for oil. The plant is come with auto control features and with heating facilities.
